Returns and exchanges

You have the possibility to return, for an exchange or refund request, any product ordered on the LUGO website within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. The returned products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice or a copy in case of partial return. In this case, it is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned and to return them by an authorized carrier of your choice who will provide proof of shipment and delivery. The cost of returning the goods will be at your expense. LUGO is not responsible for items returned to LUGO that have been lost, misdirected or delivered late by a carrier of your choice. It is your responsibility to assume all risks for these returns, as well as the expenses, insurance and shipping costs associated with these returns.

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days of receipt of your return to our warehouse.

LUGO Objects


LUGO leather goods can be purchased exclusively on the website. Due to numerous requests on these objects, it is possible that the model you are looking for is not available. We invite you to contact our sales advisors, who will be able to guide you, or to contact Customer Service.

All our products are handmade by our craftsmen and artists, according to our very demanding quality criteria, and several years are necessary to master LUGO's know-how. We mainly work with leather, a natural material and a resource limited by LUGO's very strict selection criteria. For all these reasons, it takes several months to give birth to a LUGO leather goods.

Maintenance and repair

Our workshops are able to respond to many requests for repair and overhaul of LUGO products. For this type of request, we invite you to contact our Customer Service by phone or e-mail via the "Contact Us" section.

Leather is a living material that evolves, changes colour, softens and patches over time. It should be protected from humidity and prolonged exposure to light or excessive heat. We do not recommend the use of commercially available care products that are not suitable for LUGO leather. The best way to maintain your bag is to return it regularly to our workshops for cleaning and, if necessary, sewing and re-sealing.


Only a purchase made on our official website or from an authorized distributor can guarantee the authenticity of a LUGO object. An original invoice is issued at the time of purchase online. We cannot guarantee or verify the authenticity of an item purchased outside an official LUGO point of sale.


To make your custom-made object, you start by explaining your wishes in detail. We will answer you within one month with an agreement in principle, an estimate and a timetable. Our team of designers will design this unique object for you. To order a custom-made item, we invite you to send us an email via the section with your contact details or contact our Customer Service to make an appointment with our artistic director to discuss your project in our offices located at 128, rue de la Boétie - 75008 in Paris, FRANCE.
